misevents or statistics on deaths, injuries, and infection as part of their normal business records, courts regularly rule that such reports are not privileged and are discoverable and admissible even if they are considered by a peer review or quality review committee.(9) Also, since these records are regular business records, neither the work-product nor the attorney-client communication privilege shields them.(10)
